Your VIP merchandise will either be handed out on-site or shipped - specifics will be emailed no later than 2 days before your concert. All ticketless upgrade package elements and contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. All ticketless VIP upgrade items and experiences are subject to change. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADE. YOU MUST HAVE A SEPARATELY PURCHASED TICKET TO THE SHOW TO WHICH THE VIP PROGRAMMING IS ATTACHED IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE VIP PROGRAMMING.
